Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, this means you are not entitled to a statutory refund once production has begun, unless the goods are faulty.
We recommend that all our kits are fitted by a professional carpenter or joiner to ensure the best results. We also offer a bespoke fitting service, which can be quoted upon request. This service delivers high-quality workmanship and can include groundworks, roofing, and finishing to complete your project to the highest standard.
Please note that natural splits, shakes, and variations in the oak are normal and form part of its unique character. This is to be expected with green oak. In some cases, the fitter of the oak porch may need to carry out minor adjustments or trimming to ensure a perfect fit.
